Usage
All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only.

Disclaimer
Due to the organic qualities of the stones used in manufacturing, each piece of jewellery will differ slightly in colour and size and may contain natural imperfections but which add significantly to the exclusivity of the jewellery piece. 

Due to the use of natural materials in Attic Bee's jewellery there may over time be a slight fading of  colour in semi-precious stones and leather. Please note that in certain conditions Sterling Silver may tarnish.

Please look after your jewellery by removing the item before bathing, swimming, sunbathing and applying toiletries. Keep your jewellery in the supplied organza bag when not wearing it and protect from daylight by placing the bag in a jewellery box or drawer.

Orders
A contract is formed between Attic Bee and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are dispatched, the order may be cancelled. Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to your order, which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted.

International Delivery
For orders outside of the United Kingdom please email your order to sales@atticbee.com.

United Kingdom Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over £50. We reserve the right to change or discontinue free delivery at any time. Orders below £50 are subject to a £4.60 postage fee. All orders are sent Special Delivery™ Next Day - usually dispatched within 3 working days. Please allow 7 days before contacting Attic Bee regarding the status of your order. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

Offer Order Codes
Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Attic Bee, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the unexpected event of supply difficulties of constituent parts we reserve the right to substitute constituent materials and packaging.

Refund or Exchange
You may return any single item free of charge for exchange or refund within 14 days of dispatch date, in a new and unused condition. If you return items after this time we will not be obligated to refund the full amount or offer an exchange.

If you send more than one item back for a refund or exchange we will charge a £2.00 per item handling charge.

We will not refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed.

Ear-rings, for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

Any refund due to a fault will include a refund of the delivery charge you paid and our collection costs. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

Refunds can only be credited to the original purchasers Paypal account

Returns by Post
To return by post email sales@atticbee.com to request a returns label, then take to your nearest post office.

Intellectual property rights
Attic Bee is the owner of the copyright on all ranges of jewellery and fashion items made by Attic Bee.

Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of  production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. Currently Attic Bee is not VAT registered

The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. We reserve the right to alter or amend the credit charges, to withdraw credit, to accept or reject orders, to request part payment, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account.
