Refund or Exchange

You may return any single item free of charge for exchange or refund within 14 days of dispatch date, in a new and unused condition. If you return items after this time we will not be obligated to refund the full amount or offer an exchange.

Any refund due to a fault will include a refund of the delivery charge you paid and our collection costs. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. Refunds can only be credited to the original purchasers Paypal account

If you send more than one item back for a refund or exchange we will charge a £2.00 per item handling charge. We will not refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed.

Ear-rings, for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
